I Stopped Working Out for 60 days | What happens to my Body? Strength?

Hey guys! So i stopped working out in the gym for 2 whole months. I stopped lifting weights in mid December because I wanted to focus on recovering and had my flat belly program launched early january but had to stop halfway cause I was getting so ill. So In total of more than 2 months of not lifting weights (with that one gym session when I was in Sydney with Gymshark) and no bodyweight workouts for more than a month as well.

I just want to say it is okay to take some time to recover. I am probably not as fit as before but so what! It is OKAY! It will take me some time to slowly ease into going back to the gym but i'm totally fine with that!
